Edward
Jazic , DVM DACVD
A
native of Toronto, Canada,
Dr. Edward Jazic is a 1994 graduate of the University of Toronto
with a B.S. in microbiology. He earned his doctorate of Veterinary
Medicine from the University of Illinois in 1999 and spent three
years in an eight-doctor AAHA certified animal clinic in the Tampa/St.
Petersburg area.
Dr.
Jazic completed his three year residency-training program in veterinary
dermatology at the Dermatology Clinic for Animals in 2005. He has
published an exhaustive review of the clinical, microbiological,
and histopathologic features of feline acne in the international
journal, Veterinary Dermatology. Dr. Jazic received his board certification
in veterinary dermatology in 2006.
Thomas Lewis, DVM DACVD
Dr.
Thomas Lewis II, DVM and Diplomate, American College of Veterinary
Dermatology, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin
disorders which afflict dogs, cats and horses.
Dr.
Lewis has a very mobile practice. His practice services
seven states in his quest to ease the discomforts
of animals with skin diseases and allergies. He sees
patients from California, Nevada, Arizona, Nebraska,
New Mexico, West Texas and Utah.
After
attending Mesa Community College, Dr. Lewis attended and graduated
from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in 1982. In 1986
he graduated from Colorado State University - School of Veterinary
Medicine. He completed his residency in dermatology in private practice.
Upon completion of all requirements, he was awarded board certification
in 1991 by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD).
Dr. Lewis is a published authority on veterinary dermatology. His articles
have been published in numerous scientific journals, including "The
New England Journal of Medicine" and "The Journal of Veterinary
Dermatology".
