Dermatology for Animals carries a complete line of medications, shampoos, diets, and flea products for your pet's dermatologic needs.  For your convenience, orders can be placed by phone, fax, or online.

You must have a pet under care with Dermatology for Animals in order for us to process your request.  For prescription items, veterinary regulations  require that we have seen your pet within the last six months.  For custom items like allergens, please allow 1 week for preparation.

Once we receive your order, we will let you know when the order is ready for pickup or delivery.  For bulky items like dog food, we ask that you pick up the item to avoid excessive shipping costs.  In many cases, your regular veterinarian may carry or be able to order specialized diets required for certain dermatologic conditions. When we ship products, we use priority mail unless special arrangements are made.  Delivery in the bay area typically takes 2-3 days.  For allergen orders, we may defer shipment during periods of hot weather to prevent degradation of the medication.

To ship products, we require payment in advance by credit card or check.  If you prefer, we can keep your credit card number securely on file with us.  This allow us to process orders without the need to contact you first.
